External Trigger Wheel Kits - 125.00
The external Trigger wheels will bolt onto any factory Quad 4, Twin cam or aftermarket Crank pulley. It mounts with three screws into the pulleys puller holes. It is adjustable +/- 15 *. Machined out of 3/8" Steel for durability. Can be polished and cleared, or anodized several colors depending on your choice.
Kit comes with VR sensor mount made from T-6 aluminum, and bolts onto the timing cover. All necessary wiring is included.
Cam Tower Stud Kit - 70.00
Got stripped out cam tower bolts in your Head? This kit can save you the trouble of removing the head and helicoiling those damaged threads. It works because the threaded holes in the head are much deeper than the factory bolts actually reach. So, even if the threads are stripped out at the top, these stud kits reach all the way down to the very bottom, and get into fresh threads. They also screw into the head under NO LOAD, unlike the factory bolts. So, these will not
overstress the delicate threads in the head. Great if you plan on removing your cam towers often for test inspection or what have you.
Kits come with 20 studs, 20 nuts with serrated seats that require more tq to remove than to apply, so they can never vibrate loose, and a pack of antiseize. This kit will make stripped out head threads a thing of the past.
Phenolic Intake Manifold Spacer for 086- 80.00
Place this Phenolic spacer between your head and intake manifold to thermally isolate engine heat from soaking into your manifold and air charge. Air temps are reduced significantly.
CNC Laser cut out of phenolic board, custom made just for the 086 head. Not for use with any other head.
