Upgrading for Boost
 
Whether you plan to go Turbo or Supercharged, you will run into the exact same issues with the car. Here we will detail what your factory equipment is capable of, and what upgrade options are available. 
FUEL SYSTEM...

The factory Quad 4 fuel injectors are 28lbs/hr Low impedance injectors.  This flow rate will support around 220 HP. 
In order to get ANY more HP from your F/I system you have to upgrade to larger injectors, becuase burning more fuel is where your extra power comes from. After you calculate your needs, we can supply you with brand new GM Multec Injectors in various Lbs/hr rates.  These will work perfectly with the Quad 4 head, fuel rail and connectors.
30 lbs/hr = 250.00         55 lbs/hr = 250.00
65 lbs/hr = 270.00         75 lbs/hr = 290.00
85 lbs/hr = 290.00         95 lbs/hr = 300.00
All prices are for a set of 4 Injectors.
Fuel Pump...
The stock fuel pump will flow around 25GPM. This is enough fuel to support 220 hp.  If you are planning for more HP then your gonna need a bigger pump.
We can offer the Walbro Brand 255LPH pump to meet your engines needs. This pump will flow 75 GPH, and is enough to power 500-600 HP!!! This is the same pump GM uses in the Corvettes.
